This mountain would have to me Japan's most famous mountain top, and possibly highest, i'm not quite sure.  The first picture gives you an idea of how majestic the mountain looks from afar.  It reminds the way the Giza pyramid looked from afar, but more beautiful.

The following pictures is the view one gets from the top of the mountain.  The lodge in the first picture is the visitors center for the mountain.
