I'm a mid 20s professional looking for a roommate to share this fully furnished apartment (rented bedroom has lamp and bookcase only) with a graduate student or a business professional. I don't smoke, do drugs or drink alot, but i'm pretty laid back about most things. I'm an IT consultant working in Watertown that loves to go roller-blading and i go snow-boarding in the winter and playign board games on the weekend. I have a very friendly cat who loves to be around people. I'm looking for a like-minded grad student or business professional who doesn't smoke and keeps the common areas clean. Looking for a roommate to move in June 1st and sign a 1 year lease. Bedroom is 10.5'x11.5' and is one of the bedrooms in a 2bdrm 1200sqft condo.
